I am somewhat disapointed with the design research aspect of conflicting ideas on how to do research depending upon what platform is being used. Especially with Keywords. Can you comment on keywords and longtail Keywords and their impact on research. Or better yet create a video on how you use keywords Thanks

Another question- I do personalize with my mugs/ ornaments . When I used canva it was easy just to go in when a customer ordered change the name and upload that new design into printify. Can I do this same with Kittl- just thinking I only have 100 projects? Or can I upload my design from kittl to Canva and add my personalization in Canva with my kittl design if that makes sense
