Carnt beat the pleasure it is to swing the d2 even more so with the control box removed . I use the 11 inch and did find it nose heavy at first which is understandable. I think the 9 inch would even it out a bit , maybe a little bit of weight on the back end , just for better balance. I use beach sensitive in pitch raised , just not raised as high as calas . Enjoyed and good fortune 🙏
Thanks for the great comment ! I have both the 9 inch and 11 inch coils ,one machine is set up with wS6 master unit and the other with the remote. I really enjoy the WS6 Master as my beach machine with the 11 inch coil and I use my other machine as my relic machine. The combo of the puck on the wS6 master unit and the 11 inch coil make for a great set up for beach hunting. The WSA XL II headphones 🎧 are great for knocking out wind noise and hearing Target nuances as well. You can feel a slight difference in weight with the 11 inch vs 9 inch but it’s nothing like the weight and the pull I felt with the Equinox so I am happy with it. Hey loved beach video with the ws6 master. Hey I'm going to buy a ws6 master and getting pair of wsa2 wireless headphones. Can I take the puck out of the wsa2 headphones and put the puck in a set of gray ghost headphones made for the ws6? Nobody seems to know I thought you may know . Thanks ken
It should work with the grey ghost. I don’t have any of those headphone but if we’re planning on shallow water I would get the waterproof pouch and connect with a wired pair of grey ghost headphones The WSA headphones don’t have the puck just the WS6 Hope that helps 👍
