I was suffering from depersonalisation and depression and because of the constant fatigue and numbness, would just sit in our bed staring at the walls or ceilings waiting to fall asleep again. On the wall opposite the bed, see had a load of Zdzisław Beksiński paintings which I often would focus on, while burning a deep musky vanilla insence on top of the rolly ciggies I'd be chain smoking (she'd do the same it was chill). This song used to speak to me on a very deep and heavy level as it filled the room through the speaker, as my ex would often comfort me and I could tell she knew where I would go (deep into the abyss)
