I went to z Zimbabwe in the goods days and the Muzungus who owned the good oranges farms told us we can eat as much as possible but you can't take so with us. Supporting bwana Mulukas statement
I come from a smaller European country which is much more wealthy than Kenya. Here no ministers /CSs have a helicopter, the prime minister does not have a plane Nobody has a motorcade (tinted windows attract possible unwanted attention). If a minister/CS go on a private visit, it is in own vehicle Government cars are smaller, fuel-efficient cars and of course they are not armoured We have a very very high degree of transparency. And the word "corruption" I have never heard in my country (I learned that in Kenya). If you live in a house or an apartment, it is yours. If you live/work away from our home, you get an allowance for renting. If you travel, you better be sure that it is a necessary trip and at a reasonable price. Because you ae employed snd paid by the people.
Corruption in Kenya had been constitutionalized the judiciary system captured, no one In government is will to fight corruption because they the ones that are corrupt. If power is in the hands of mad men the country suffers.
The number of governments is NOT the problem. Many countries have a lot of governments. Tiny Switzerland TWENT-SIX Cantons. More than a half of what Kenya has yet the country has only 8.7 million people!! The problem is corruption; lack of focus on development; electing of thieves.
Du you just said it, have as many counties as want but generate your money to current expenditure. Money coming from government go to development projects and those must discuss the projects in advance. Because right now going back is impossible.
Boring Muluka as always, just playing escapist as opposed to accepting that the Government of Majambazi he works for is a Thrift Spender on worthless nothing. He should stop telling us a long story meaning purely Nothing. Sycophant, Sycophant, Sycophant all the way😭😭😭😭😭🇬🇧
