Aretha Ferrell-Benavides - Manager or D.E.I. Preacher? - Martinsville, VA

Is Martinsville's City Manager, Benavides, stacking her desk? What about her being City Manager and City Clerk? Why is Eric Payne being considered for City Attorney when he clearly is disqualified by the rules of the City Charter? Why would Benavides seek to change the Charter Rules instead of finding a lawyer that meets the criteria?
Separation of church and state is not in the constitution, nor is it in the Bible. The Bible actually has many notes on politics, and the Bible has influenced many of America's foundational documents.

Also as Christian you should definitely care the ones entrusted with the God ordained responsibilities of government are godly people on and off the clock.
