i guess ragus is a half-korean or just korean that live abroad. his korean is basic (atleast thats what he showed us) but his pronouns are more better than non-korean. there's no stiff accent like when non-korean try to speak in korean. yeah well, some non-korean are fluent both in language and accent but you need to learn it for years and converse with korean people daily
