- Welcome to the very first episode of my FIFA 22 Career Mode played on PS5, where we begin with newly promoted Brentford F.C in the Premier League. The Bees are the lowest rated team in the division with a very small transfer budget, so this promises to be a long road to glory! Expected to struggle by most pundits, there's not a great deal of quality here, but as we run through the club philosophy and identity, looking for youth players through our academy could be the secret to unlocking long term success at the Community Stadium. Bring on the challenge! 👊🏻

Brentford don't have a youth academy irl, they just scout and buy going players from other teams around the world.
Youth academy in fifa can be similar to buying young players from small clubs
@@jacksonjalovec5165 yes but imo scouting a lot of players through GTN scouts in different countries would've given the Brentford career mode a unique twist.

Im not certain that this is true because I live near brentford and they have a training ground where I only see teens near the age of 15-16

Just throwing an idea out there, but what about sending the scout to Norway... and sort of help out Halland at the international level.
I know we won't be watching the world cups and the euros, but sort of having that story to tell later on could be fun.
Especially (a big maybe!) putting Halland and Mbappe on the same level to battle it out, just like Messi and Ronaldo.
Hey Docks!! Against the lower rated teams in the league and in the cups maybe you should consider using the 433, as that is what Brentford used before going into the 532!! Maybe it could be a more attacking option

Signed him on football manager last season! He was unreal after a couple of seasons in the German league. I felt like a proud dad when I saw him come on for Sweden over the international break irl

I think in terms of transfers, Brentford generally sign players no ones really heard of and then they turn out to be gems but obviously there are anomaly’s

Very exciting times ahead. But one thing I have to ask of you is that you give my fellow Finn, Forss a chance to prove himself on the pitch. Didn't really get a chance in the Euros, but definitely a promising player. Also Mikkel Damsgaard the Dane could be an interesting grab at some point...
Great signing in Nyambe had him on FIFA 21 for Brentford grew really well sold him for £22m then buying Nathan Ferguson for even cheaper as a replacement

Hey Docks! Brentford have a 'moneyball' approach to first team signings - signing players based on their statistics (goals, assists, clean sheets) rather than reputation / leagues. I understand this might be difficult to implement in FIFA but would be an interesting spin!

Midjitland are Brentford’s sister club you should have a look at players from there to sign like where onyekuru came from, they share the same owner

I know This is a Old upload, but Brentford is partnered up with FC Midtjylland in Denmark, so maybe you should look at players like Gustav Isaksen or Jens Lys Cajuste (two upcoming players from Midtjylland)

Docks, you gotta start doing the training. Get A’s and B’s in all the exercises and then you can just simulate. You can make a second and third team for the players that dont play. It will increase sharpness and helps young players develope.
- When you get a loan to buy offer you can just delegate and it wont fall through.

Buy Cajuste from FC Midtjylland in Denmark. Midtjylland has the same owner as Brentford and was liked with a move to Brentford this summer. A true beast in Fifa 21 and one of the talented players from Sweden right now! Has experience from both the Euros this summer with Sweden and CL with Midtjylland.
Checkout Ligue 2 talents that’s part of the Bees’ transfer policy

If you train a wide player on the other side, they will grow much quicker than usual! Eg. if you train Nyambe as a LWB, he will grow quicker and more realistically.

If you want some experience, you should get Daniel Wass. He has his contract up at the end of the season and was heavily linked with a move Away from valencia. Also Alexander Bah
