"Words can't hurt you, it's the meaning you've assigned to the word that hurts you." If someone tells another person they are beautiful, they feel good, whereas, if someone says, you are ugly and you get offended, they are both words. So, words can't hurt you. There are thousands of words.
I like cussing when it fits which unfortunately these days is too often!😂
I have recently started watching your videos and watch one or two daily. It has really helped me. This one helped open my mind up. My ex husband was very verbally abusive and after awhile you start believing the things being said and being hurt that someone you love would say those things. I get triggered easy when someone says something hurtful but with this I am learning to take those things and make it positive for me. Still hard at times but I am slowly learning.
Love this...thank you
Starting to listen to one of these after I wake up. Definitely has helped. Good perspective to see where I can work on!
