- Aloo ke lachhon ke itne crispy pakode banengey ki sabhi ka dil jeet lengey. Iss tarah ke garma-garam pakode Chai ke saath perfect lagengey :)
Ingredients for Aloo Lachha Pakoda :
(HINDI)
आलू (बडा आकार) - २ (३५० ग्राम)
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते - १ कप + १ चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई + २, बारीक कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च
लहसुन - ५ कलियां
काला नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १/४ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच
दही - १/४ कप
जीरा (भूनकर पीसा हुआ) - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट - १ छोटा चम्मच
कॉर्नफ्लोर - २ चम्मच
मैदा - २ चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - तलने अनुसार

Potato (big size) - 2 (350 gm)
Salt - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 cup + 1 table spoon
Green Chilli - 2, chopped + 2 finely chopped
Ginger - ½ inch
Garlic - 5 cloves
Black Salt - ¼ tsp
Salt - ¼ + ½ tsp
Curd/ Yogurt - ¼ cup
Cumins (roasted & powdered) - ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cornflour - 2 table spoon
All purpose flour - 2 table spoon
Edible Oil - to fry
