the thing is what people have to remember is that mariah has nodules its not excuse but it plays huge roll in how she will sound on any given day even back then just she was able to sing through them more easily than today and i feel that has played in to her fears alot , her voice might break when she doesn't expect to and she can't control what area of her voice her noduldes will affect on any given day the Mariah todays still go out there sing no matter the condition she should still applauded for her effort to do so
