    He's 6'3" 200 pounds and a big, strong athletic guy. Most golfers are going to hit it REALLY short trying to emulate his swing. It works for him and the reason he hits it so straight is he essentially holds that clubface down the line cutting a little across it for as long as possible. He will never miss left and in fact has to really contort his body to hit draws but that's a good thing. As a right handed golfer you want to completely take the left side out of play. It's what Hogan wrote his entire book about.

      The face is pointed to the right of his swing path. At impact his swing path is to the left and the face less so (to the right relative to swing path).. The ball will start left but since the face is pointed to the right of the swing path the ball will curve to the right.
      When the club face points left of the swing path (for a righty) it is closed and produces a draw. When the club face points to the right of the swing path it produces a fade.

      I like it right up to the release where his feet start flying around. But if it works, it works.
