I think got it confused in the beginning there. Oak asked Ash to travel to the orange islands to pick up something from Professor Ivy which turned out to be the GS ball and she gave it to ash for him to bring back to oak because they couldn't transfer it.
Thank you for this video I am just now trying to watch the Pokemon series and movies in order it makes it a lot cheaper and less time consuming watching this series
Love the orange league, I got into Pokémon after the last episodes from the first serie going to orange league. It's a fun series some great episodes. It's just extra filler for jhoto region. But I love orange Islands it got me into Pokémon. Awesome review
And one more thing if you ask me to the episode what Ash releases his lapas and all way it is quite similar to Free Willy with my opinion the way lapras rescue from the Pokemon poachers and in the end it's like when Jesse say goodbye to Willy at the end of the film and when you see lapras running off into the sunset with his family it's quite similar to free willy as well
When do you think the events of the Pokemon movie 2000 took place when Ash and his friends were traveling the orange islands can you please please look into in look for any evidence and do a video about it
You could see on The travel map that they passed Shamouti Island on the way before taking his fourth Badge (I think). I would guess the events happened at that time! On the map you can see red arrows going north. There is Shamouti Island (and the thre elements islands.)
In the first episode of Orange Islands when they are at the party when Misty is letting her pokemon out she doesn’t mention Starmie or Horsea why is this?
Can you do a video and do some evidence what is Canon between the orange island episodes and Pokemon the movie 2000 and when the movie took place in the orange islands I always have assumed the the events of Pokemon movie 2000 took place after the episode where Charizard finally listens to ash I did some research into that and it's true the movie took place after that the events between the Pokemon the movie 2000 and the orange islands series and the first Pokemon movie as well please if u can

s3, s4 ,s5 ..... and so on man + try to add more details that happens like ash dying in that ghost pokemon tower and also like pokemon battles happening, and which pokemon he fights in gym battles etc. (I know video is gonna be long but I think it could be done within 30 min). :) also, great initiative man.

Overall a filler arc with Snorlax, Charizard obeying Ash and even the orange league to an extent being worth noting Brock left to get replaced by a lame companion, Lapras was just temporary for Ash and was mostly a boat, Tracey was garbage and like i said, it was mostly filler

some consider those movie and mini movies like pikachu and pichu as not canon aka alternate universe
