It made of maida filled with a stuffing of roastem gram flour, onions,green chilli, salt, and other Indian spices and deep-fried in vegetable oil until crispy golden brown.It is served hot with sweet and spicy tamarind chutney or with mint/ coriander leaves & green chilli chutney.
