This was the lead single, I think iirc its the only one im really that familiar with from this one (not sure If I watched your Heart Is Broken reaction before). I remember catching the video come on Channel [V] when I was over my cousin's house back in 2011 and being like oh Evanescence is back! Its a good opener to the album and both that verse and Chorus I find really catchy. I also thought of Lady Gaga but now you mention the chorus, I'm thinking of U2's Vertigo perhaps with that 'Hello, Hello' part you could be thinking of perhaps? And yeah its self titled or I've also seen it referred to as 'EV3'. The cover art Amy wanted to focus on the band instead of herself being on the cover again or something along those lines, plus it also evokes the 'vanishing, rising like vapor' definition of the word Evanescence.
Love that you’re continuing the journey! Evanescence is my favorite band!!
The video for this song is also fun.
Anyhow, love your Evanescence journey! Hope you will listen to "Synthesis" as well, that one is really special.
Yes to Synthesis! I think it worth to check out
I never interpreted it that way. That's interesting..

Maybe you can react to MHIB (Synthesis version) instead.
Hopefully he reacts to the entire Synthesis album
