It is undeniable that one of the reasons for the declining (if not declined) quality of education in the country is the teachers’ salaries. Many skilled teachers choose to work abroad to receive compensation that matches their capabilities. There are many teachers in the Philippines, but most are not highly competent. The question is, wasn’t this identified in the EDCOM studies? If it was, why haven’t you prioritized addressing it?
I think you should fix the political bureaucracies in the Department lalo na sa mga tao sa Division offices.. kaya lukalabas ng bansa ang iba kasi dahil dyan.. napaka unfair..
