Very simple look at the .env.example file, copy it paste I your .env and provide all the credentials both for backend & frontend

Your refresh token not work

Refresh token will be called when access token is removed...
Test the refresh token api on post man
make sure to get the access &refresh token.. then remove the access token and call the refresh token api... to create new access token
