I got in so much drama when I was in year 7/8, I'm in year 10 now and I havent had any major drama since (tho I do get mad very easy and always ready to defend my friends😂) but id say just ignore them and make like they don't exist(clearly I can't follow my own advice😂) and if its not your drama like its between your friends dont choose sides because you look like the bad guy but also do not talk bad about them to anyone that knows them even if they're your friend because 90% of the time it gets back to them - hope that helps

Ah my periods were horrific I have pcos and now don't get them but I definitely don't miss them at all I could never leave the house or even my bed when they hit 😶💖
I use feminax for my periods they’re the best tablets to help with my period pains. I used to be on the pill but I had to stop it because I’d get my periods like every 2 weeks. Anyway I love these type of videos I find them so relaxing
