here's something that might have connected lore from what i've gathered
when i was grinding torn pages of paladin 3rd skill, after beating the big beetle guy i always fight varkolyn in 3-5
as we all know the beetle guy is a boss testing you if you are worthy enough to fight the strongest boss which still remain unknown.
according to robotic frenzy early cutscene the strongest boss they meant probably varkolyn since they mention it a lot ever since the game came out

Demonmancer Actually have 2nd skin original skin
The one being called just Demonmancer, which looks similar to og but her eyes are fixed
while the other is called Possesed Child

Actually i have my own fact, well engineer said that if we had seen his brother, but both of the characters you shown wasn't the one who is his brother, i think it was the water dispensers since it can talk when you freed him up from the cage.... Just fact :)
