Barack Obama nailed it... on so many levels. One of the best speeches I've ever heard.
Just like politicians, we have a record breaking $35 trillion debt and they promise both tax cuts and even more government spending. We now spend more tax dollars on servicing the debt than we spend on military spending. Job growth in the public sector is greater than the private sector as government costs grow like a cancer. Their answer, tax the rich who will-in turn pass those inflationary taxes down to consumers. Take a look at Argentina to see where current political trajectories are taking the USA. Then ask yourself if the current political system works for you? This system gives you inept politicians like Harris and Trump then tells you to vote for either extreme. You do not have a real choice.

I was trying to listen to the roll call of the states. It was hard to hear the role call because the music overdrawn the speakers. I sure what they were saying was important, but difficult to hear their message. Next time for suggestions please turn down music so people csn hear speakers.

Being the first "colored woman" running for president is not an important issue to me. What are her policies and ideas that will help move our country forward in the 21 century? Ethnicity or sex dosen't matter me. What matters is merit, not identify politics, or DEI. This is exact opposite of what the cilvil rights movement was about. MLK qoute, ""I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character." That means that character is greater than sex or skin color, or ethnicity. Does she have the character nessasary to be considered for president of the USA? As part of bring the president, she will be the leader that interacts with foreign leaders. Would like to know how her leadership will keep us safe from other counties, and what is her vision on how to run our military? What about her ideas on how to bring companies back home so jobs are not going overseas? To many unanswered questions. It would also be nice to have an actual debate with Trump so we can get both sides proposals brought out in the public.
