I really like Veliko Tarnovo, I've been there 2 times. I've also been to Arbanasi (a town in Veliko Tarnovo) and also to Etura (can't spell that in english) and also in Shipka. There re lots of beautiful landscapes and I love it. It's amazing there, I really recommend going there.
My wife’s family is from Elena.We’re currently living in the ( Un- United states of America) looking forward to moving back to Bulgaria ( Plovdiv)as soon as the pandemic subsides.I can’t wait to visit these stress free gems hidden all over the country.All it takes is a one way ticket to Germany and then we’ll buy a car and drive back to BG.So that’s the plan( God willing)
It really is a beautiful little town, I love Elenski Byt also so it seemed only fitting to go check the place out. Fingers crossed all goes to plan for you 🤞

Can I ask you how the lockdown is in bulgaria? Because over here in Canada, it's very restricting
It is not as bad as in other countries, just bars are closed and restaurants
