"Crooked Smile" is more of a metaphor as you get more into the song, like where he talks about the makeup and such. "Crooked Smile" is a metaphor for the natural flaws that we have that make us human. And as humans, we're not perfect, but we have to love ourselves regardless. Basically, we do not need to conform to the world's society to be considered BEAUTIFUL. Your husband loves you, for you! :)

I love J.Cole because he stays true when he raps. He raps what people want to hear.. Not about money or sex. He speaks about his experience and what he sees around him. These new rappers need to speak reality and not about what we wont b inspired to... They should rap about stuff that is worth listening to..
