Joyce, don't clean mud pots with soap, use ashes only for that. Because mud vessel have tiny pores, soap will go there and when we cook in the same pot next time, soap will come out and get mixed with food.

Hi I really enjoyed the video for I love healthy eating. So this is my opinion. Don’t boil kale and spinach with other tuff greens like cassava, pumpkin, beans and I don’t know what else leaves. Spinach and kale should be cooked 1-2 minutes to avoid loosing vitamins In fact where I am we eat the raw. Thanks for the video 👍👍

Hi Joyce. When cleaning dishes, you should rinse them twice just to be sure .
If they had an endless supply of water like we do then I’m sure they would. Actually a lot of people don’t rinse when washing dishes and it’s perfectly safe and ok.

Ppl in America are not lazy. There are many things I could point out negative about other countries but why when so many ppl sacrifice so much to have an opportunity to live on the land of the Free and home of the brave.
