    I’ve got 2 1975 rosevelt dimes without mint marks. I’ve also got: 1967 no mint mark (slightly offset, and noticeably raised portions on the rim) and a 1974 no mint mark (partial collar, with doubling: on liberty, In God We Trust, and Date. I used to work at a couple banks and always saved the old coins over the years. Anyways - I’ve got quite a few that I believe are valuable or potentially very valuable. But I’ve just held on to them for over a decade & I’m just now starting to learn more about the values and numismatics in general. Who should I speak with or work with on reviewing these coins and determining values, deciding what to get graded, who to sell to/where, etc? If you can help me or point me in the right direction - I’d greatly appreciate that.

      I’ve been a coin collector my whole life, but was never this deep until half a year ago. Anyways, if you think you’ve got something send it in to PCGS for grading. I am more well-rounded on pennies and quarters, but just decided to go through some dimes tonight and was researching and found in 1975 with no mint mark. I’m done getting my hopes up. I’m always disappointed but I did hit a couple jackpots on some serial numbers lately! Happy hunting!

    Found a dime that has two layers when you look at it from the side on the front and back of the coin you can see multiple images and layers of images. I believe its one coin that was used and stuck on a dime planchet to produce a dime with 2 coins cause the other layer to the dime is so thin and extra shiny compared to the planchet of a regular dime. Its super apparent when looking at it there's two layers to this coin from its side and the images on the front and back. Truly a unique coin that I found 1-31-2021 going to take it to a coin shop and get graded and won't let anyone tell me it isn't worth anything or not to get graded you will see

    Hi, I just found 10 dimes from the 60 -70s no mint mark ,and coloration issues. My 1965 dime has a half circle starting at the president's throat and ending at the top of his head? My question is now what do I do with the dimes ,take them to a dealer or have them graded ,I just started looking through my change about 2 weeks so ,I have somewhere around 1200 dollars worth I'm going through, so this is a new learning experience for me unfortunately I'm very ignorant to most of it. Any advice would be great. Love your shows the most from all the ones I viewed, very informative without alot of b.s. Thanks

    Went looking for info and videos on my 1964 D roosevelt 90% silver dime which has insane amounts of doubling and the face front is off centered as well which shows even around the "In god we trust". Not only is the dime in beautiful shape, I do believe I might have some good money in my hands if graded and put into an auction. This video here gives some of us lucky collectors hope, Thanks bud!

    Very cool video. I have 1964 D silver dime . cape die , the 4 curves numbers and letters are thick , 1&9 have points, full torch & bands in very nice condition it was on a 1970's red zippo lighter. A friend gave it said u can have just gotta fix I didnt notice until few years later fixed it noticed the edge was silver. Noticed a lot more From your video thanks for information it will be nice to sell it and go back and give her half .Her husband passed Way she is alone now it would help her out. It would be cool To go visit and say heres your cut from the zippo you gave me Debbie.Any info on where to sell or auction it?

    Thanks for your video! I recently found a 2001 D dime recently that is markedly thinner and lighter than a 1989 D dime that I compared it to. Is this considered a a valuable mint error?

      @@linziegambo8002 I know how you feel. I'm just going to Admire the coins I Find....then pass them down to the kids. ONE DAY.........maybe....your future family will get a big surprise! (like when myGrandpa handed us kids stacks of old pennies from a jar, my older brother found a penny in my stack and traded me a 1911 for a my 1909 s.......The 1911 Lincoln cent I eventually traded for a great big orange Gumball.My brother, after 55 years still has that 1909 SVDB penny. question , i have a 1970 and 2 1977 roosevelt dimes and they have no mint marks , i didnt hear you mention that the 70 was a proof dime or anything about the 77s , with these circulated and old , is there anyway to be sure its san fran mint , im new to this and havnt seen any vids on identifying a proof outside of the mint sets , i know they have a mirror finish but to this rookie the new ones are pretty impressive , i like your presentation style and am subbing , if you have time or when you do let me know , have a blessed xmas !

    I like the videos. And after watching your videos. I went to my stack of Dimes. I found one 1966 no mint mark not in the best of shape and one 1977 no mint mark again not in the best of shape. This is to be expected since it was used in circulation. But I'm curious to what they could be worth.

    • @kyleharrington1228
      @kyleharrington1228 ปีที่แล้ว

      They are worth a dime. They didn't start putting mint marks on dimes minted in Philadelphia until 1980. So no Philadelphia minted dimes before 1980 will have a mint mark

I have been collecting coins for my grandchildren for a while now and I was very impressed by the knowledge that you have and how you let me in on something I didn't know. The 1970s Roosevelt dimes not having a p Mark for Pennsylvania on them. I have 10 of them. I have no idea what to do with them except keep collecting. They're in pretty decent condition too. Thank you so much for your information I'll see what I can do about maybe selling some of them. Thank you again
