    Hi!! Amazing videos. Just ordered the jk04 kit. Which laboratory handpiece are you using/suggest? Thank you

      I like the X50 brushless Buffalo lab hand piece. All the best! www.net32.com/ec/x50-electric-lab-handpiece-brushless-system-complete-d-122261?vid=20130&frt=13&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADyk8s0M5aDlsWLqStjoDTbBV_3o8

    Can you please make a bigger construction step by step on video, like all on 4, or front bridge?

    What liquid are you using to stain

    • @KlimDDS
      @KlimDDS  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Either the VITA or the ZirCAD Coloring Liquids as a pre-sintered option, and the MiYO Esthetic or Ivocolor for any additional stain and glaze.

    I heard that Zr dust is dangerous when you work at the green stage. Do you use a air filtration system to limit dust exposure ? Are gloves needed also ? Can the initial milling produce better anatomy so less hand work needed ? Thanks

      I use a lab-quality air vacuum to collect zirconia dust. Zirconia dust is not healthy, I agree, protection is imperative. Though most do not wear gloves, I do on videos in particular and avoid contaminating the green zirconia.

      @@KlimDDS thanks. How about the precision of the inital milling ? Looks like a lot of hand work still need to make it better. Won't all this carving of the occlusal part change the occlusion you designed on the computer ? Thanks

      @@alaingagnon702 The finishing is about refinement. As will all restorative disciplines, mastering the craft of restorative dentistry is about creating contours and morphological angles. Virtual software design and machining will accomplish most of the fabrication. The refinement after the milling becomes the clinician's personal preferences.

    What is you preferred block for #18 if the patient does not grind. Would you use Emax, Katana or zircad. Also, what are your thoughts on 3m zirconia. I’m confused and can not keep an inventory of all blocks. Thanks!

      Good question. It depends on occlusal clearance and reduction conditions for the case. On my online education at the www.kliminstitute.com. I go through this situation scenario. Zirconia is more conservative when using a 3Y zirconia. Not very aesthetic, though. I use e.max for conservative onlays when replacing crown a crown on a second molar, I usually go with zirconia. 3M zirconia minimal thickness is 0.8 mm, Katana is 1.0 mm, the same as e.max, and ZirCAD LT is 0.6 mm. Understanding the thickness, occlusal design, and margin placement impact my make material decision
