- Hello Friends! Welcome back to another tumbler tutorial! In today’s video, we’re taking inspiration from Magnolia Roots Creations (@magnoliarootscreations). She created a coffee themed peek a boo tumbler, and I immediately fell in love! So today, we’ll be creating my own version of her design. I’m glad you leave your mistakes in. I’m new to tumbler making and I make mistakes on all of my cups and I get so frustrated and want to quit, but I do keep pushing thru because I see you not giving up!! Some of the other people I watch here on TH-cam seem like they have no problems and I get so frustrated with myself that I can’t make them without mistakes like those other people, but then I see you and how beautiful your designs and cups are with your mistakes I feel like I can do it too!!

As a 5 month newbie, I SO appreciate the mistakes being left in. It makes you more "human" since your tumblers are amazing and keeps me encouraged. Plus, I learn how to fix my oopsies at the same time!

Beautiful tumbler as always. I'm so glad that you keep in your mistakes because it shows us that we aren't the only ones who struggle. Plus, I learn how to fix my mistakes and not get frustrated along the way with them. When I make a mistake, I get frustrated and sometimes have to take a break while I figure out how to fix it. I love how you show us how to fix it as well.

Wow!! I had to subscribe…I’m a knew tumbler creator …I’m finally getting my technique mastered ….I do work with non toxic materials so I do modify things but I’ve been able to do that with every technique so far …I am ready to do a peek a boo 🤞🏻🤞🏻hopefully it comes out as beautiful as yours

Please don't ever edit out your mistakes, please. They're so helpful! I've been doing tumblers for almost 2 1/2 years, and I still make some serious happy little mistakes ❤️ but it teaches me what I need to do differently or change next time. They seriously help me get better and do better! No one is perfect, seeing these little mistakes shows/teaches us to not be so hard on ourselves and to j35 pushing just help us realize and remember that everyone make oopsies sometimes and there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with them They are very helpful and encouraging ❤️

I love it when a crafter shows their errors. It is often a wonderful learning experience. Things that when I first started I would have been afraid to do to fix mistakes, I can see them work. I learn new ways to over come mistakes and waste less material. Also it helps to keep us from expecting over the top results from ourselves when we see other crafters make errors too. Kudos to you for being honest and brave enough to leave them in the videos. Great videos!

The stencil vinyl I use always leaves an adhesive residue over my peek a boo. Do you have that issue? If so, how do you remove that residue without damaging the spray paint? I have ordered the stencil vinyl you have in the list. Thanks for leaving the bloopers and keeping it real! Love your videos.
Hmmm. I've never had an issue with sticky residue when I use the Oramask vinyl. I have encountered that with other brands of stencil vinyl though. Depending on how much residue there is, I'll either remove all the paint entirely and do the peek a boo over again with different vinyl, or take a q-tip and try to remove small areas of the residue with rubbing alcohol or acetone. Hopefully that helps!
What is a good replacement for Good Morning they didn’t have anymore
Can you tell me or give me the website where you purchase your Montana paints from, I have ordered like 17 cans from Home Depot, and I have been months trying to get spray nozzles because they did not come with any or lids, so I don't want to purchase from there anymore for Montana paints. I haven't found anywhere else to order from but love the paint. Thank you for all that you do when filming your videos and I really like it that you leave your mistakes for all to see and how to adapt.
I order my Montana spray paints from sprayplanet.com 😊 I always order a few extra nozzles from there too! And thank you- that makes me happy ❤️

I use an epoxy mixer and torch after applying.
