Seems like the guys from "Another Anime" are actually figures from Dragon Quest's anime:Dai no Daibouken. The guy featured alongside Gogeta being the series's hero,Dai.
Toriyama does the designs for the mainline dragon quest games but i'm no sure how much he was involved with Dragon Quest Dai as it was running in Shonen Jump the same time as Dragon ball's Frieza Saga until a year after the end of Dragon Ball Manga on top of the occasional one shot and Game Character design he did.
Set A does seem to be Dai and that's not just me being a fan of the anime (and slowly budgeting for the manga omnibuses), it's also likely because Toei produced Dragon ball and the Dragon Quest Dai's Adventure series

Occasionally the Xenoverse games slip up on a few details for the sake of gameplay (or just due to clumsiness), but all in all you’ll get a pretty good picture of most of the key story events-remarkably so, considering those games aren’t even really meant to be a dedicated chronicle of the series like Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. (And even that game occasionally takes very slight liberties.)

I love how Gohan looks like he has a gun on a stick. Like there is some street cart vendor selling guns on a stick like they were corn dogs. Also the black hair Gohan on the card is funny to me because the original reason for making the Super Saiyan hair blonde was to save time and money on the manga since they wouldn't have to fill in the hair. Seeing a cheap bootleg do the reverse is kinda funny.
Pretty sure the sword the larger Saiyaman comes with is a bootleg of the side-arm swords from Gekisou Sentai Carranger/Power Rangers Turbo that came with the smaller scale figures. I don't recognize the gun, though.

I’ve actually been collecting some Dragon Ball Z figures recently from S.H. Figuarts, Dragon Stars, and Figure-Rise Standard. So far I have final form Cooler, Piccolo, Saiyan Saga Vegeta, Super Janemba, and Gogeta. Also, I noticed that you were parodying the intro to the Westwood dub at 0:16.

Actually, this character is probably canon in one of the many parallel universes from DB Super and DB Multiverse (the fan made sequel to Buu's saga... which apparently have been quite the inspiration for DB Super).
