This is one of your best videos. YES there is a huge problem out there. What I did is got myself a used Backhoe, old 78 Machine, but a monster for my small yard, just for my Garden. I was so sick and tired over the years of hearing "O" back to the union Hall" instead of like you have said before. Why NOT spend some time just coaching the poor guy. The NEW generation of young people in industry, are not going to stay with you, and put up with the Bully mindset. You owners are going to run out of your Family members who you hire to be the operator. And push there EGO on a poor guy just trying to make a living. I told myself just put up with it then I can buy my own machine. Work it when I want to. That's what kept me from going crazy. Anyway I guess I have bitched long enough.
