(Flashing images) Weird sm64 GameShark code I found

If you where wondering why I was playing really badly this was recorded on my phone
Note- the emulator I was using tends to not render this kind of effect correctly (copying things on screen and putting them onto the environment) and the result may differ depending on emulator used
