Hey tread I saw ur post talking about footwear for indoor throwing on turf mounds. I recently bought “New Balance Mens Fresh Foam 3000 V6”Baseball shoes. Are those optimal? Thank you

Any basketball shoe is optimal

We tend to stray away from recommending traditional baseball turf shoes. A couple of our favorites are Nike Metcons and Kyries. Both have stable bases and lateral support. You'll notice a ton of pitchers we show in videos will be wearing those shoes. Basketball shoes are solid in general, you just don't want high tops that will restrict your ankle flexion.
