Instant Bhature Recipe
Chole Bhature is the most popular and favorite North Indian dish which can be served for breakfast or lunch.
ingredients:
500 g all purpose flour
100 g semloina
200 g yogurt
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt or as per taste
2 tsp powdered sugar(optional)
1/4 tsp baking soda
200 ml luke warm water
oil for frying
