- Highlights of Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon during his Biletnikoff Award-winning 2010 season.
Blackmon, who received the award in front of a national television audience at the Home Depot College Football Awards show on ESPN, is the first Oklahoma State athlete to receive the award and the second finalist in the last three years as Dez Bryant was one of the final three considered in 2008.
The sophomore from Ardmore, Okla., joins a list of elite athletes to receive the award, including Terry Glenn, Randy Moss, Antonio Bryant, Larry Fitzgerald, Braylon Edwards, Calvin Johnson and Michael Crabtree.
Blackmon caught 102 passes for 1,665 yards and 18 touchdowns in 11 games during the 2010 regular season and also added a pair of scores with a 69-yard run and a blocked punt return. He sits at the top of the national charts in several statistical categories, including receiving yards per game (first with 151.36), receptions per game (first with 9.27), points per game (fourth with 10.91) and all-purpose yards per game (ninth with 159).
Blackmon was also named the 2010 Big 12 Conference Offensive Player of the Year and became the seventh unanimous All-American in OSU history, joining Bob Fenimore (1945), Terry Miller (1977), Leslie O'Neal (1985), Barry Sanders (1988), Alonzo Mayes (1997) and Russell Okung (2009) as Oklahoma State football unanimous All-Americans based on the criteria of their respective eras.
He is very athletic and he will make it far in the NFL
blackmon sort of reminds me of dez bryant of the dallas cowboys. not because they both came from the same school but because they both are special once the ball is in the air. both their concentration, leaping ability and hands are elite. he should be the best wr in next year's draft.
Justin Blackmon, Wide reciever, New York giants. sounds so nice
Justin Blackmon & AJ Green.. Would Be Perfect Together.
I hope Philly Gets him. Him and Maclin would be a hell of a tandem
hope he comes to green bay with jennings, driver, jones, cobb, nelson, finley, and now blackmon hope we get him
size,speed,hands... cant miss. should be gone to minnesota in round 1
Justin Blackmon to San Diego!!
he's a bad mannnnnn...
Ponder to Blackmon, and a Vikings dynasty is born.
how about Miles, Dez and Justin, sounds like a winning combo for the dallas! this man is already a cowboy why not continue that after the draft! would love to see that even tho it wont hah
@kriscena ya me 2 cause short recievers arent good for us. we need a guy like this
this is the guy the bills need for their #1 wr.
Probley not gonna happen but it would be lovley to have 2 former Oklahoma State wideout stars to line up together on Sundays in Dallas!!!Who would go in the slot though Austin,Blackmon or Bryant
He would totally help Colt McCoy or whoever quarterbacks for the Browns next year...
If anybody needs a receiver, its the st. louis rams. i hope to see him in Millennium blue and century gold. GO RAMS
I am hoping the Giants draft Blackmon, just so we can have Hakeem Nicks, Mario Manningham and Blackmon on the same field. Dear god that would be awesome.
Anyone who snags this guy is going to be improved drastically on offense... l hope the Giants get him.
The Eagles need to get this guy.We need a big time Receiver to complement Maclin
Blackmon Vs. Peterson would be epic.
future Viking. Ponder, percy, blackmon, rudolph, Peterson
first of many viewers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He needs to be a giant. Nicks and Blackmon maybe Manningham.
And with the 6th overall pick the Cleveland Browns select Justin Blackmon.Hey a guy can dream right?
skins need to draft a high end receiver like this guy
blackmon will be a top 10 pic and could get drafted to vikings, panthers, browns.
Jerry rice hands and adrian peterson with running after the catch
@NWGROCKMUFFIN Ponder deep to blackmon, omg a one handed leaping catch by j blackmon, TD
imagine Harvin, Blackmon,Rudolph and the best rb in the game Adrian "all day" Peterson.. thats scary .. even Ponder would look great
jags select with the 3rd pick of the draft.... Justin Blackmon! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY
he reminds me of terell owens, physique and all
Newton to Blackmon and !!!!touchdown!!!!
Mel Kiper has Blackmon as the 2nd rated WR for next year. The kid Jefferey from South Carolina is like 6'4" and pretty nasty too
My bestfriend is related to Justin. After my championship game he pat me on the back and said goodjob

WTF are all of you talking about?? Rams are gonna get this guy and brandon lloyd and him are going to be a great tandem. GO RAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Will he or Jeffery be the 1st WR taken in the 2012 draft?
I hope everyone suddenly gets a brain freeze and Justin Blackmon drops all the way to number 30 so that my 49ers can draft him. I know it's not happening but I can dream...
VIKINGS MANN.. FOSHO MANGGG
when ppl know you are the best in the country you gotta switch it up so keeep teams off balance
Good thing the Vikings have sucked this year. We'll end up with the no. 2 or 3 pick and we'll be guaranteed to either get Blackmon or Kalil :)
@Austinmp47 I think we are set. We have young amazing receivers as amazing if not better than Blackmon. Dez, Miles, Laurent and Jason... None are in their 30s and we have a veteran QB and new born trainwreckin' RB, DeMarco Murray.
@JOJOCINCO13 Yea if I had to guess it would be the rams, but you never know since free agency hasn't even arrived yet.
And the 2nd or 3rd pick of the draft the MN Vikings pick:
was 2:46 even a touchdown?
D.C.
@armchairjohnny I agree completely that the Browns need to go after Blackmon hard!!
@wademckenna Wouldn't that be nice for us Cowboys fans. He's gonna go to one of three teams in my opinion Panthers, Redskins, or the Vikings. Panthers would be a great fit but they have other needs
a.j green and justin blackmon and then we get trent richardson bengals would be sick
Cam Newton's future target.
@Loverearsup they just grabbed greg little.i doubt that they will.itd be a nice addition though
@18ac81 He dominated Prince
This most likely wont happen but I hope he somehow comes 2 Jets!
GO J-E-T-S!
Reminds me of Anquan boldin
sounds weird but he looked different in this season then he did this last season. not worse just different style a lil bit.
plleeeeeaaaaase come to st louis!!!!!!!!!!! go under the wing of Brandon Lloyd and get molded into a pro bowl receiver
BROWNS select Blackmon in the 1st and Weeden in the 2nd.
Jags got Mjd and blackmon. Gabbert would look hella better but will never be good.
Charger bound

@JOJOCINCO13 Rams should get michael floyd.. would be so funny :)

alshon jeffery to eagles and blackmon to rams
@armchairjohnny I think that the Oakland Raiders should go after Alshon Jeffery.
Vikings SHOULD get Morris Claiborne.
The Browns are way too desperate for a QB right now. Meet me in St. Louis, Mr. Blackmon!
