Well, if Nick was smart, he'd tell Leanne about accepting the money from Harvey and then the two of them would quietly go to the police and tell them the how and why of it all. That way, the cops could be on top of it when Damon tries to collect from Nick for money that came straight from Harvey. Harvey incarcerated or not can do anything he wants with his money. If any of that money was ear-marked for Damon, then Damon needs to take that up with Harvey. Harvey gave Nick the money of some sort of compensation for taking Sam's mother from him. I think Harvey really broke after listening to Sam and he's making it up in whatever small way he can. Now, if Harvey did this and set this all up as a trap then he'll pay for that too.
