To answer your question that how does he know (Veda, Bible and Torah)? A normal Muslim is always advised to read and investigate it's authenticity before you pass it to the next person. Even I read the Bible and Vedas and this guys is Muslim scholar if he hasn't read enough no one would listen to him even muslims.
Heaven and hell are permanent places which can never be destroyed or have no end like that of earth. They both are end results of our deeds in this world. In heaven you can drink alcohol, you will never die, no work, never get old with beautiful valleys, milk and alcohol fruits all these will be more delicious then on earth.
Same for hell it got the hardest hardest things that you and us can not bear
