Great content!! subs!!! I think you produce the best content on youtube.. very relatable and immersive, I've gone too your website to learn more... I'm learning wing Chun from the beginning as a beginner, I really like this video content of 15-minute workout which shows me how to position myself correctly and complete the actual movements... as I get better at the basics I wish to perform better breathing techniques, I have the interest to learn tai chi and combine everything so I may improve my learning for wing chun...thank you David wong

@@frequencyexpert I only saw it used in movies by Donnie Yen but in general it like how its different from Tae Kwon Do and knowing different styles has multiple benefits.

Its a great 10 min workout.
It will tone up your arms.
Plus shoulders. I notice your palm strike is more flat to target shouldnt it be more knife edge part of palm? Just curious.
    Love your videos.
I dint have time fir classes in London due to work but this helps online until my life style changes

Been practicing the first three exercises for almost a month (only the first three because the others put too much pressure over my shoulder)
Ok now whenever Im throwing a punch my fists feel like cinder blocks but my brain feels like it is being shaken inside of my skull, is that normal? Am I doing something wrong?

This looks wrong. Your arms are always next to your body. In Wing Chun, your arms should be before your body. If you have your arms next to your body you're not punching from the center line, which doesn't only mean that your power doesn't come from the ground, but also means you're training everything wrong.
