Reasons : - Class A is fixated around Sakayanagi and without her it will be undoubtly the weekest out of all the other classes , which will be perfect for Koji to fit right in as the class leader and face off against Horikita and Koenji - Same reason for Ryuuen as his class is fixated around him . I highly doubt that Koji will trasnfer to Ichenosei's class because of the reacent changes to her charecter and overall her class is fairly strong.

Dunno. In the recent volumes though (especially Y2V10), it seems Koenji doesn't like helping people because he thinks everyone else is also just selfish. He told Kiyotaka and Mii-chan that the reason he helped her (Mii-chan) was because she was sincere in her kindness to him (Koenji). He adds that Horikita, Hirata, and others always help others simply because they gain something from it, too, that is, to reach class A.
No , the reason he is not helping becuase he thinks no one is on his level. But I belive that once Ayano leaves the class and shows his true power. Koenji will help Horikita fight Ayano. Koenji is definitely one of the main opposition to Ayano in yr 3 for sure!
But I think it makes sense and is a very good parallel with yagami. Yagami and ichika both care about each other but yagami was blinded by his hatred towards kiyotaka to the point he was ready to attack ichika on the other hand ichika is blinded by the admiration towards kiyotaka she wish to stay in the school but at the end decided to take revenge of yagami expulsion even if she ended up getting expelled but will Target anyone other than kiyotaka . Kiyotaka realised her admiration towards him is bigger than the affection she feel for takuya or her school life so he made her stay by telling her he would need her in future. The author wants to show that wr students are also at the end kids they also hold childish grudges and favouritism admiration like normal high school kids so this perfectly make sense
