I'm from the Caribbean and I really wanted this watch. Didn't want to get it if I couldn't get the ecg functional. Went through the steps and was able to get the ecg functionality on the app. You are the reason I'm gonna get the Watch. Thanks a million.

Actually, now I am running into an issue. I am not able to pair the watch with my iphone. On the watch I went to settings -> disconnect to disconnect from the android device. On the iphone, when trying to pair, it says "Phone and watch accounts don't match. To continue pairing, you need to restore the watch to factory settings. This will clear all personal data. Continue anyway?" but on the iphone there is no option to change accounts or sign in with a different id???

Sorry there is no any region that both of them working. i wish it could support multiple accounts. it has been almost a year that i bought this device just for the ECG function and Huawei customer support told me that it will be activated within couple of month. No such thing happened. Thats why i found this trick and made this video.
Hi Thank you. Unfortunately it all depends on the account. You need to use one account. On the account switch, everything will be wiped out. But if you turn back that account again, it will work again.
Great tutorial congratulations. I chose a region that has the ECG and arterial stiffness functions but in the beta version of the APP it only has the ECG function. I was able to activate the ECG function without any problem but not the arterial stiffness function. Do you know if there is a beta version with the arterial stiffness function? Is it also possible to activate this functionality in this beta version?
@@Shaban_Interactive Let me explain better. I used the tutorial to activate the ECG on my watch and it worked using the beta version. However, in the beta version of the APP, the arterial stiffness feature is not available. In the newest version there is the arterial stiffness feature but it is not possible to activate it even using fake gps
Hey, this is a great video. Can I perform these tasks on an older version of android device and then switch back to a newer version of android device and continue to use ECG?
Definitely works as described, however if you want to activate ECG + Atrial fibrillation detection, make your account country Latvia and update the Huawei Health app to the latest version, then you can change it to UK if you want to purchase watch faces and both ECG and Atrial fibrillation functions will continue to work normally.

However, the ECG function works perfectly. It looks like the Arterial detection is the dependent on the phone's SIM card. Let.me know if you find a solution.
Is it possible to use a different smartphone from another person with Android 8.0 for example to activate the ECG and after activating to switch to my own smartphone with android 11.0. Thanks!
Great video. Are there any countries where BOTH the ecg and arterial stiffness features are active? If so could you follow instructions provided here but create account for that country instead of China?
I've done it successfully in the US, you can use a temp UK number online to register and change it after to your US number, they're system will still call it a UK account. ECG will need fake gps, but arterial stiffness uses a sim location. Good news is if you try to activate it a few times through out the day for a few days it will activate, you will not need fake gps for this.

I got UK number and put mock location to london and created Huawei id using the uk number but I still did not get the ECG Can you help please
Hi Shaban, great video! Only Apple Watch is ECG approved in Japan. I could activate ECG of Watch 4 Pro by following your video. For Watch 4, the latest app is required for pairing instead of beta.

i got it to work using a older android phone. when i download the huawei health app on my current android phone daily and pair the watch to it, will the watch lose the ecg function? or does the watch ecg function only work with the phone you initially paired it to?
@@Shaban_Interactive hello friend, I tried pairing to my newer Android phone and the Huawei health app didnt even have the option to add this watch. I ended up downloading the beta app to the new phone, it asked me to reset the watch when pairing and when it connected. It still had the ECG and wallpapers and everything works fine in the beta app as well. Matter of fact, the beta app was so glitch and unresponsive on my old android phone and it works flawlessly on my new android phone. Thanks for the help.

All gt3 pro series have built in ecg sensor. But that functionality is not abailable to service for most of the counties. You can enable ECG function by following my steps in video tutorial
For anyone with issues making this work when you get it successfully activated on an old phone with the beta app, but then switch to a new phone (android 12) and it says "logged into a different huawei id than your phone" and "network and huawei id do not match". The fix for me was to log out of the Huawei App Gallery and uninstall the HMS Core. Then turn on airplane mode, turn wifi back on (to install apps), have the Fake GPS going with the location in China, then reinstall the Huawei App Gallery, sign in with China ID, download the Huawei Health app and pair up the phone. Everything worked for me then. You may not even need an old phone or the beta app, I think it will work with Fake GPS and airplane mode (with wifi enabled). I think the problem is that Huawei App Gallery uses your SIM to identify your region even if Fake GPS is on. Good luck! it worked for me
You were right friend. Just airplane mode, wifi on and it all worked. Still, can't use the ecg it is like if the app wouldn't recognize the watch. It says that feature is only for devices that can support it. Weird

Huawei released Pump controlled Blood Pressure measuring for the Huawei Watch D. This means they are using different approach to measure BP then other companies like Samsung and Apple. Samsung uses ECG sensor to measure BP with specific algorithm. So it is possible to measure BP with ECG enabled devices. Lets see if Huawei implements ECG based BP to their system. For now they are using Pump operated systems and it is only available on Watch D.

Merhaba. Fake GPS i bir defalığına mahsus kullanıyoruz aktivasyon için. Daha sonra istediğiniz huawei app versiyonunda istediğiniz dilde kullanabiliyorsunuz. Tek önemli nokta China id ile giriş yapmanız.
Hi Shaban ans thank you for providing the instructions and the links. I managed to make it work via the beta, but when I install the new version does not connect to the watch unless I disconnect and thus I am loosing the activation. I will use it now with the beta Health. The only thing that really bother me is that Arterial Stiffness disappeared and find it quite important. Do you know why it is one or the other..? I believe Huawei wanted to have both functions together and I wonder why is missing in the China account.
I am glad you made it. You will not lose the activation. Just install the new app, log in with your China ID and pair your watch. If you have a problem with pairing, after deleting the beta app just go to your watch settings and chose disconnect (not reset). then you should be able to connect it with the new app. You may not see the ECG report in your health app but your watch will keep being able to measure ECG and show the report on the watch itself. Arterial stiffness detection disappeared because it is also waiting for approval from china :D
Dont see ECG icon on Watch but is on Health ECG 1st time, when I press ECG 1st time I login into China ID and goes to load but says Authorization required and push go authorize and loops back to authorization required with the loading icon in faded background. tried uninstall reinstall RESET and same.
If you successfully created the China ID, then rest is easy. Download the beta app from the link below, install it to your android device, be sure u are using android 9 or below. Login to your china ID. And pair your watch, now you should see the ECG icon in your watch. Bay the way, ECG function is approved in Europe, so next update will be activated officially.
Hi Shaban, great work. I can now use the ecg function in Pakistan because of your tutorial. However, currently as both ecg and arterial stiffness functions are available in the UK so would it be possible to use a UK ID to access both in Pakistan? I can use a friend's UK number for verification codes.
No you will not be able to use another account. if you change your account The watch will be reset. You need UK account to use it cosntatly for both features. tell your friend to open you an new uk account from uk.

Before installing the huawei beta app just delete everything about huawei from your phone. Then install beta app, it will ask you the region on first opening the app. If it does not ask no problem, because when you signed in with your huawei china ID it will automatically adjust itself.

I've been trying to make this work but every time I open the app it instantly force closes. Then when I click on it again it opens and says I can't upload data in my location. No option to log in. Tried a couple different GPS spoofers and am using a VPN for Shang Hai. I've uninstalled HMS core and other Huawei apps as well. Do you think my problem is the GPS or the app? Thanks for the video.
If you are using Android 12 or 11, it will not work. Just try with lower android phone. You will only need it once. After you activate it, you can use it with any version

Huaweinin GT serisi icin kullandigi LiteOS isletim sistemini biraz boyayip suspemisler ve HarmonyOS olarak ismini degistirmisler. Yani Watch 3 Pro daki gibi tam fonksiyonel bir HarmonyOS yok uzerinde.

You can safely use it with newer version of the Health app. Once you activated it you can use it with any version. The important thing is to signing in with your China account

Can't install Huawei health on android 5, all permissions allows 3rd party software installations but when I trying to install I got message "parse error, there was a problem parsing the package"
Selamlar, Cloudda oluşturduğumuz Cloud ID ile Kimlik ID eşleşmiyor. Beta uygulamasına giriş yapamıyorken huawei clouda aynı şifre ile giriş yapılabiliyor.

Has anybody found a spoof to get the arterial stiffness to work outside of supported regions? I tried FakeGPS again as I got the ECG to work via this method, but arterial stiffness is not present on the beta app, and it keeps saying that my location and ID don't match when using the up-to-date Huawei Heath App. I have heart damage from the vaccine which I'm having a hard time dealing with and wanted to use this feature to monitor my condition further. Anybody have a work-around?
Check comments here. Evidently there's a workaround (from a month ago) to get Arterial stiffness detection to work by registering your country to Latvia using the old health app (beta).

I can use the ECG, but the Health beta of link doesn't have the "arterial stifness". Can I not use that function because UK ID? If I create a China ID, will the arterial stiffness work too? It wont work on android 10 and above. Please try it with older phone. You will only need it once. After you activate it you can use it with any version.

However, I get the message "The network and account region of the Huawei ID do not match". Also, if there is no SIM card, it prompts me to insert a SIM card and will not allow activation. Hi, did you download the beta app from my link? it is very important. this is the only working beta for the ECG. And before installation, you should remove everything about huawei from your android device. Please delete everything and try again. I can still confirm that this method is working.

@@fezal__bana Try not to use Huawei Phone. Use old samsung or anything else then Huawei. And please keep in mind that you should use CHINA ID. This is the only way you can activate it. Create a Cina ID.

Sorry but there will not be. its a kind of bug that huawei system can be be tricked. So i suggest you to try it with older andoid phone. Once you activate it you can use it with any version.

Sure. Just uninstall it. You can uninstall the beta app too. Just install latest huawei health app. Once you activate it, it will work in any case as long as you use your China ID.

Actually, now I am running into an issue. I am not able to pair the watch with my iphone. On the watch I went to settings -> disconnect to disconnect from the android device. On the iphone, when trying to pair, it says "Phone and watch accounts don't match. To continue pairing, you need to restore the watch to factory settings. This will clear all personal data. Continue anyway?" but on the iphone there is no option to change accounts or sign in with a different id???

Sorry there is no any region that both of them working. i wish it could support multiple accounts. it has been almost a year that i bought this device just for the ECG function and Huawei customer support told me that it will be activated within couple of month. No such thing happened. Thats why i found this trick and made this video.

Hi Thank you. Unfortunately it all depends on the account. You need to use one account. On the account switch, everything will be wiped out. But if you turn back that account again, it will work again.

I chose a region that has the ECG and arterial stiffness functions but in the beta version of the APP it only has the ECG function.
I was able to activate the ECG function without any problem but not the arterial stiffness function.

You dont need to use beta version after activating it. Huawei app is not determining wheter you have the feature. It is the Region determines it.

I used the tutorial to activate the ECG on my watch and it worked using the beta version.
However, in the beta version of the APP, the arterial stiffness feature is not available.
In the newest version there is the arterial stiffness feature but it is not possible to activate it even using fake gps

Definitely works as described, however if you want to activate ECG + Atrial fibrillation detection, make your account country Latvia and update the Huawei Health app to the latest version, then you can change it to UK if you want to purchase watch faces and both ECG and Atrial fibrillation functions will continue to work normally.

i dont know. One of my susbcriber said that both arterial stiffnes and Ecg woring in UK. i havent test it yet but i will.

Hi Shaban, great video! Only Apple Watch is ECG approved in Japan. I could activate ECG of Watch 4 Pro by following your video. For Watch 4, the latest app is required for pairing instead of beta.

i got it to work using a older android phone. when i download the huawei health app on my current android phone daily and pair the watch to it, will the watch lose the ecg function? or does the watch ecg function only work with the phone you initially paired it to?

@@Shaban_Interactive hello friend, I tried pairing to my newer Android phone and the Huawei health app didnt even have the option to add this watch. I ended up downloading the beta app to the new phone, it asked me to reset the watch when pairing and when it connected. It still had the ECG and wallpapers and everything works fine in the beta app as well. Matter of fact, the beta app was so glitch and unresponsive on my old android phone and it works flawlessly on my new android phone. Thanks for the help.

Is ECG country specific? The watch is not available in India.
All gt3 pro series have built in ecg sensor. But that functionality is not abailable to service for most of the counties. You can enable ECG function by following my steps in video tutorial
For anyone with issues making this work when you get it successfully activated on an old phone with the beta app, but then switch to a new phone (android 12) and it says "logged into a different huawei id than your phone" and "network and huawei id do not match". The fix for me was to log out of the Huawei App Gallery and uninstall the HMS Core. Then turn on airplane mode, turn wifi back on (to install apps), have the Fake GPS going with the location in China, then reinstall the Huawei App Gallery, sign in with China ID, download the Huawei Health app and pair up the phone. Everything worked for me then. You may not even need an old phone or the beta app, I think it will work with Fake GPS and airplane mode (with wifi enabled). I think the problem is that Huawei App Gallery uses your SIM to identify your region even if Fake GPS is on. Good luck! it worked for me
You were right friend. Just airplane mode, wifi on and it all worked. Still, can't use the ecg it is like if the app wouldn't recognize the watch. It says that feature is only for devices that can support it. Weird

Huawei released Pump controlled Blood Pressure measuring for the Huawei Watch D. This means they are using different approach to measure BP then other companies like Samsung and Apple. Samsung uses ECG sensor to measure BP with specific algorithm. So it is possible to measure BP with ECG enabled devices. Lets see if Huawei implements ECG based BP to their system. For now they are using Pump operated systems and it is only available on Watch D.

I managed to make it work via the beta, but when I install the new version does not connect to the watch unless I disconnect and thus I am loosing the activation.
I will use it now with the beta Health.
The only thing that really bother me is that Arterial Stiffness disappeared and find it quite important.
Do you know why it is one or the other..?
I believe Huawei wanted to have both functions together and I wonder why is missing in the China account.
I am glad you made it. You will not lose the activation. Just install the new app, log in with your China ID and pair your watch. If you have a problem with pairing, after deleting the beta app just go to your watch settings and chose disconnect (not reset). then you should be able to connect it with the new app. You may not see the ECG report in your health app but your watch will keep being able to measure ECG and show the report on the watch itself. Arterial stiffness detection disappeared because it is also waiting for approval from china :D
Dont see ECG icon on Watch but is on Health ECG 1st time, when I press ECG 1st time I login into China ID and goes to load but says Authorization required and push go authorize and loops back to authorization required with the loading icon in faded background. tried uninstall reinstall RESET and same.
If you successfully created the China ID, then rest is easy. Download the beta app from the link below, install it to your android device, be sure u are using android 9 or below. Login to your china ID. And pair your watch, now you should see the ECG icon in your watch. Bay the way, ECG function is approved in Europe, so next update will be activated officially.

No you will not be able to use another account. if you change your account The watch will be reset. You need UK account to use it cosntatly for both features. tell your friend to open you an new uk account from uk.

Before installing the huawei beta app just delete everything about huawei from your phone. Then install beta app, it will ask you the region on first opening the app. If it does not ask no problem, because when you signed in with your huawei china ID it will automatically adjust itself.

I've been trying to make this work but every time I open the app it instantly force closes. Then when I click on it again it opens and says I can't upload data in my location. No option to log in. Tried a couple different GPS spoofers and am using a VPN for Shang Hai. I've uninstalled HMS core and other Huawei apps as well. Do you think my problem is the GPS or the app? Thanks for the video.
If you are using Android 12 or 11, it will not work. Just try with lower android phone. You will only need it once. After you activate it, you can use it with any version

You can safely use it with newer version of the Health app. Once you activated it you can use it with any version. The important thing is to signing in with your China account

Try to use a VPN and choose the country you select in your ID. If you made a China ID, select a server from China with VPN.

Has anybody found a spoof to get the arterial stiffness to work outside of supported regions? I tried FakeGPS again as I got the ECG to work via this method, but arterial stiffness is not present on the beta app, and it keeps saying that my location and ID don't match when using the up-to-date Huawei Heath App.
I have heart damage from the vaccine which I'm having a hard time dealing with and wanted to use this feature to monitor my condition further.
Anybody have a work-around?
Check comments here. Evidently there's a workaround (from a month ago) to get Arterial stiffness detection to work by registering your country to Latvia using the old health app (beta).
Hi from Brazil. Thanks for video. Helped me a lot! I had to use a VPN to create Huawei ID, but the rest was like you did. But I create my ID from UK. I can use the ECG, but the Health beta of link doesn't have the "arterial stifness". Can I not use that function because UK ID? If I create a China ID, will the arterial stiffness work too? Very thanks!!!
Hi, unfortunately arterial stiffness detection works only with Europe iD. China iD does not have stiffness drtection yet.

I searched for a Health mod app, but what I've find was a mod to get watch faces, so I didn't try it.

@@Shaban_Interactive Hi. I'm from Kazakhstan and unfortunately I dont have ECG and arterial stiffness in my region. But as far as I know in Russia region they both work together and also they have "Pulse wave and arrhythmia analysis".

It wont work on android 10 and above. Please try it with older phone. You will only need it once. After you activate it you can use it with any version.

Ben iphone da kullaniyorum sorunsuz. Androidde hangi ID ile girdiysen Iphone da da ayni ID ile giris yapman gerek. Farkli ID girdigin anda tum hepsi gider. Ben ios icin appstoredaki versionunu kullaniyorum sorunsuz calisiyor. Bir de sunu deneyebilirsin. Telefondan karti cikart wifi ile baglan ve tekrar dene. This worked very well. Once i update to the new app, Arterial stiffness is visible in the app and activation is required. However, when i try activation, i get following error "network and huawei id do not match". This is after keeping Fake GPS on.

unfortunately UK ID will not work. Only the China ID works.
@@Shaban_Interactive UK I'd works for ECG & Strava, China I'd didn't work for Strava. UK I'd showed Arterial Stiffness, which wasn't visible in Chinese I'd.

Hello. Thanks for making this video.I followed this video to create a Huawei ID in China, used Fake GPS, and paired it with the beta version of Huawei Health. However, I get the message "The network and account region of the Huawei ID do not match". Also, if there is no SIM card, it prompts me to insert a SIM card and will not allow activation. I tried with an old android. How can I fix this?
Hi, did you download the beta app from my link? it is very important. this is the only working beta for the ECG. And before installation, you should remove everything about huawei from your android device. Please delete everything and try again. I can still confirm that this method is working.

Use an old android device to activate ECG. Follow my instructions. after you activate it, you can continue useing your P40 Pro.

@@fezal__bana Try not to use Huawei Phone. Use old samsung or anything else then Huawei. And please keep in mind that you should use CHINA ID. This is the only way you can activate it. Create a Cina ID.
@@fezal__bana Yess. once you created China ID. you should use it in P40. I stongly recoomend you to use different phone than Huawei for the activation.
When I open the link to register the page appears different and when I click on profile to register it doesn't give option to skip the phone number.
Use windows pc with chrome browser. Do not try to register with mobile browsers.

Sure you can delete it after you activate the ECG. You can also install the latest version of the Huawei Health app.

The Huawei beta app is not supported for Android 11 or greater so I shouldn't attempt this with Android 13, correct?
I just did everything without reading about the android 12 issue. Is there any fix yet for android 12?
Sorry but there will not be. its a kind of bug that huawei system can be be tricked. So i suggest you to try it with older andoid phone. Once you activate it you can use it with any version.

Since everytimr I change phones i need to reset my watch, how may I keep the facewatch and the features when I link it back to my phone?
@@MyloMusica never reset your watch. You can only use one account. İf you trying to connect with another account you will lose the ECG function

Sure. Just uninstall it. You can uninstall the beta app too. Just install latest huawei health app. Once you activate it, it will work in any case as long as you use your China ID.

What is your android version? Try with lower android version.

@@りく-p8p it is possible. I have no issue with body temp. If you are asking about the results as 33-34 celcius degree, it is normal as it only measures surface temperature
