    100% correct with the difference between the OG generation and the now. I was a full patch in 1988 and still can't comprehend what it's all about now. I've been slowly workin my way out the last 5yrs since I got outa the joint just because of this. I actually moved from Waterbury Ct to a tiny town in kentucky to get the outs quicker

    Great interview!
    When I was younger I ran Suicidal and we were going at it with SGV Unity, it was on sight 24/7 in the late 80’s and early 90’s So Cal. The Vagos got word of the conflicts and got a demand to both groups to squash it because they had heads from both gangs representing Vagos.
    I was always on good terms with Robert from SGV Unity (RIP). The rest of them at the time were getting hemmed up while incarcerated: Surenos made Mexican heads from Unity cover up their punk and anti racist tattoos with Sureno and South Sider tattoos.
    S/O to SFS Family Skins. 👍🏾

    Great interview.
    I find it interesting that Mooch, along with other MC members when growing up, was a part of anti-racist skinhead groups but ended up joining MC clubs that don't allow Blacks to join their clubs. Scott mentioned the Mongols have a lot of diversity within their ranks, but I don't consider predominantly Mexican and White members within a club diverse. I feel the Chosen Few to be a diverse MC. That said, some say there are no Blacks allowed in certain MCs because of street/jail politics, but how does one explain the first couple of white guys who joined the Chosen Few when at first, they were an all-Black MC? It must have been extremely difficult for them, especially in the 60s; however difficult it was, they still succeeded. And those same politics existed back then as well.

    This was one of the best Mooch interviews he’s done you guys had some great points and Mooch is such a well spoken articulate humble guy and it really shows getting down to how there really is a bad name slapped on a lot of these clubs but as the younger generations are beginning to take over in these clubs and are well aware they can’t be living that old school outlaw life style anymore the pigs are gonna run out of ways to take them down because there is nothing nothing to take them down for and like you guys said that’s when they start doing shady shit like creating issues on the inside with informants and so on
    Anyways much love and much love to Mooch keep doing you brother and can’t wait for the book to come out man 👊🤙

I knew not everyone was a criminal because I knew a few 1% bikers who had legit jobs and just enjoyed the lifestyle. Whenever I had to deal with a group I’d ask for the Sgt at arms and go through the ranks it went sooooo much smoother.

    No one ever asks how cowardly it is to go from one major mc to another. And how can you trust one one who does that. He down plays the vagos how they weren't that big go to show you how watered down those 2 clubs are to be ok to exchange members for #s. You can never be a top outlaw anything and be ok with your members going to another top mc. Upgrading to a big club from smaller mc is a different story.. can you call him a patch chaser like a female chasing the patch from green to black

      @MondaysWithMooch ปีที่แล้ว +8

      I appreciate your feedback and for you taking the time to watch the episode. Although your post contradicted itself, I still understood the point you’re trying to make. Since you likely have never been in a club, I’ll let you know that in the 1%er world it is relatively common for members of non 1%er clubs to patch over to 1%er clubs. It happens very often. Back in the 50’s and 60’s members even went from major club to major club and it was common practice. I was a Mongol for almost 15 years. It’s usually guys who haven’t even spent 1 year in a major club who leave comments like this about others who spent their lives doing something guys like you just talk about. Again, thank you for the feedback and keep following

      @MondaysWithMooch ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@1990-u4n wasn’t down playing it at all. Just like you said, they were primarily in Southern California and not as big as they are now. And they were not wearing a 1%er diamond back then. Both of these things are true. In the 15 years I spent in the Mongols more than two dozen Vagos patched over to Mongols over the years. It was not as uncommon as these people commenting seem to think. I have no reason to down play it. I left one club and joined another and then remained an active member for almost 15 years and am not ashamed of it at all. It is often people on the outside looking in that make these comments about how patching over is uncommon etc.
