I'm digging this, and thank you! I spent alot of time away from the Lord. 15+ years actually, and long story short death metal/deathcore was where I put my ears and heart. Now that I see the error of these years I've found it hard to listen to what I once enjoyed. I needed this.
Oh brother, that is good news, welcome back! Also interesting to see how the music kept you from Him. The idea is that this music brings us all closer to Him! You may also enjoy Holy Name and Demon Hunter or War of Ages, but definitely Holy Name.
In addition... listen to Impending Doom and Becoming the Archetype... you'll find that these Godly bands are the very best in Deathcore and prog metal.

@@ImmanuelBoie Not necessarily. It's a different medium and a tool, not a replacement for human artistry. Did cameras make painters obsolete? Did 3-D animation make hand-drawn animation less valuable? Did drum machines kill live drummers? Or synthesizers in a symphonic metal band (like Epica) mimicking a violin diminish a violinist? No. True musicians will always find ways to innovate and express their creativity, with or without AI. Instead of fearing new technology, skilled artists should embrace it to push their craft further. Also, from my other response: In fact, some of us are beginning to collab with real musicians, making it like a hybrid. It's not all a threat. So again, as from my other answer: discern what the Spirit tells you, if the music helps you praise Him and bang your head, then stay with us, brother. If it's distracting you from praising Him, then check out the other bands I told you about. :)
I feel you. I would just say that don't forget that there is a person (with spirit and soul) behind these bands, and all of the ones I've been on contact with are full of love for the Lord and use technology to praise Him. Hahaha. It can produce white awesome stuff, it mostly takes persistence and a lot (a lot) of trial and error and generations. Specifically I use Suno, though. :)
Ty brother! The tech keeps improving, but that also means we have to work harder to make it stand out. Ultimately, though, as long as it sounds good and praises the Lord, it's good enough. But I'm stubborn, I like more than good enough heh

Fake music is a disgrace to the musicians who work really hard to play skilfully and create good songs.

ps, love your profile pic! Is that supposed to be Aquinas, or just a random monk/friar?
@@HeLeadethUs thanks I believe it is Aquinas ! I think I saw it on a live stream !
@@SaltAndLight1027 Haha, cool!
NOT ANOTHER A.I. 'band'! SOOO sadn because this is the music I'm looking for, but I really want SPIRIT-inspired music, not just bits and bytes
