That is messed up. This man legally got a firearm to protect and defend himself and his family and they fk him over for out?! That's the problem with the our government and law makers. No he got a CCW charge at first by the state.. I’ve gotten the same charge in the same state in the same area he got probation for that. The reason he got jammed up by the feds is for posting shit about terroristic groups etc on Twitter or whatever that’s how the feds started to look at him and jam him up with undercover girlfriends lol the gun charges he got probation for the other shit idk but it was fed stuff to do with terrorism

Probably was his way to get out of jail for free card. They signed off on him turning his channel woke, since that’s the agenda, and he received a lighter sentence. The feds would have delayed his trial for 4-5 years minimum and only offer a minimum 10-18 yrs in prison deal. With him being out so quickly tells me the feds are using him.

I always hand over my conceal carry permit with my drivers license...then they always ask if i have a weapon and i say yes. Sometimes they want you to hand it over, handle first until they are done with me.....course im in Texas so over half the people carry

You have priors? I was given double the states guidelines for my charges on my very first charge ever, so I feel you! Also willing to bet you had a public pretender just like me. My lawyer legit set me up. NEVER told me that if I plead guilty they no longer had to go by guidelines. I only found out after signing the plea an the judge was sentencing me. For both my charges I should of gotten a year max, I was given two!

American citizens do not have to have a reason or provide proof to defend themselves. We have the right to defend ourselves amongst many other rights that we are born with and if you weren’t born here you receive those rights the second you become a citizen. The second amendment is the only reason we need. “Shall not be infringed” is a very simple thing to understand. It’s meaning is so simple, a child can understand what it means. The second amendment is the only amendment that we try to throw stipulations at and what ifs and all this other bs. It’s insane to me that people still can’t get that through their head.

Just because your covered from head to toe does NOT mean your exempt from being like everyone else....im sure the other inmates don't want their sisters and mothers searched either.....they're given the rules before giving the OK to visit. How should they transport CONVICTED CRIMINALS that would make you feel better? You want them to just trust you, not handcuff you at all and let you sit in first class and drink champagne? You can say you felt dehumanized but they aren’t the ones making you feel that way.
He was on conair which is the fast way. He should try the normal way of using Transcor in the back of a van shackled to another guy, then the floor for months! Stopping at every county jail to hopefully get a PBJ and orange juice. Staying in state prisons to wait for enough people to fill a bus. Then starting all over again until you get home 1.5 months later only to get all charges dropped and say “oops, sorry we ruined your entire life!” Our bad!
And this is before the first hearing. Extradition.
