$865.000 in 2013 which was near the bottom of the great recession. I suspect that in March 2022, that unit would be valued to be at least $2,000,000. With a bit of buff and puff would bring it up to 2022 standards. One word of caution on some of these older reinforced concrete high-rises on the Wilshire Corridor, the older buildings are probably not up to current seismic standards and in a major quake could collapse due to insufficient rebar in the structural columns. Secondly, the lack of fire sprinklers is always a concern. A nice unit with fantastic views.
