I believe I have this injury, but my Dr. only casted and booted me (no surgery). The Lisfranc ligament didn't tear, but it pulled a piece of bone off the 2nd metatarsal. Should I be concerned that I might develop a permanent disability? Two weight bearing xrays show good alignment of everything at 8 weeks. Thank you!
Five months out from my lisfranc fracture where a piece of bone chipped off my medial cuneiform and I still have pain there and between the 1st and 2nd metatarsal joint. They did not do a weight bearing x-ray or followup CT. I need to get a second opinion.
Thank you sir very helpful as always🌹🌹🌹

2 years later how are you feelin? Everything back to normal ?
Absolutely perfect recovery; not a sign or trace of injury and no pain. I run around 6 miles per week. Thanks@@OGCJ10
