I guess this is my final Confirmation from the Lord. Thank you Deborah!! 😭I was contemplating leaving my job and have been stunted with the lack of control of my finances. The fear of no income kept scaring me till I couldn’t sleep. 😭 but I’m gonna walk in faith because I feel something greater is out there and I want to get closer with God
Amen! Praying for you that your faith will not fail and that you remain courageous on your faith journey. Our Father can be trusted, He is truly faithful and has good plans for you!
I know the feeling trust me!! I couldn’t relate more. But we have to remember that God is our source, not our jobs. When we step out for him in the wilderness he will provide all we need to sustain us day by day. He did it for the Israelites so in Jesus mighty name he will do it for us also!! Keep your faith and trust in him, don’t look at the circumstances. That’s where our faith shakes, Matthew 14:31. Eyes on Jesus. He won’t fail us 🥰

This video was much needed. This message could have came in a perfect time. Making decisions without consulting with God has been the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. Every time I make decisions without consulting with God has led me down paths that I have to beg God to take me out of, but God would’ve never sent me down that path in the first place.

I’m so confused and Sad I was Homeless with my abusive Bf . My narcissistic parents kicked me out I had nobody. I prayed to God for a breakthrough , My cousin who is a sweetheart Let me stay with them but her mom Is giving me flashbacks like my mom all over again Walking on eggshells feelings being discarded .I dont want run to my ex Im trying so hard to become self sufficient but I have ptsd and anxiety . Help me guide me Lord ❤🙏🏼I chose Jesus over everything.
Sis, I’m so sorry to hear about all the hardships your going through right now. You’re truly facing stormy waters 😞. Please know that Jesus is in the midst with you, he’s in the boat too. Lay it all down before him in prayer. He hasn’t abandoned you or forgotten about you. I pray for breakthrough in your living situation and I command all anxiety to leave your body in the mighty name of Jesus. You belong to God! May the enemy lose his grips on those areas of your life. A great word!!! I have a story to add, I was wanting to move into a bigger apartment. My husband and I were talking about all the features we wanted and were a bit flippant about the budget. I said, let me pray about this first. I prayed and the next day started feeling hesitant about it. I told my husband I don’t think we can really afford it. He was upset, but a few weeks later he found out his contract for work was ending early, we would only have 1 income. I felt the Lord definitely warned us. We said, we’re gonna trust God and not worry about the contract. On his last day he got offered a new contract. Prayer is so important for decision making. Deborah was so right when she said, is there even a right or wrong when following the Lord, and sometimes he is leading you just to keep trusting him!

This was SO GOOD sis! I felt convicted when you said "You chose this path of following Jesus, now walk in it!" We have to take the first step. Also, what you said about our God not making logical sense !! I've actually been thinking that lately, that God works completely differently to the ways of the world. His guidance may not make sense at first, but in retrospect it always does. Sometimes trusting God feels like jumping off a cliff, but it truly is the best way to live. This is truly wild, my wife and I had this conversation last night about truly having faith, we believe in Jesus and didn’t see our Lord on the cross yet we have faith. How one lives, how one speaks truly show how much they trust in the Lord and that’s every aspect of our lives. Congrats sis on this journey may the peace of our Lord and savior be upon you.
Honestly this Faith Talk has been a 10 of 10 of me. Thank you sooo much for this talk. I left my job because of the same reason. Just like you, it didn't make worldly sense. Sis!! This is so timely. I made the decision to leave my current church to go to another one. I was on the fence for soooooo long. I finally decided I was going to make a decision and that’s when the confirmation came!! I heard clearly that I was to make a decision before the new year and I did just that.
Praise the Lord!! May you see the fruits of your obedience sis 🤍 Leaving your church must’ve been a hard and heavy decision to make. But God sees the motives of your heart. He knows everything! Rest in him knowing that he will provide a home in a new church 🤍
Perhaps there is nothing more overwhelming to the mind than facing the moment of making a decision. It's a heavy responsibility and thank you for this sobering teaching. God is truly gracious to us. This is the Faith Walk-It reminds me of my late boss and mentor who often taught "We are the sum total of the decisions we make..." Don't just make decisions, study consequences - intelligence is not just about making choices, but understanding the potential outcomes"

It’s so comforting hearing someone else say they’ve made terrible decisions because they didn’t consult God first. Because it truly is trial and error. And it takes some time to gain your footing hearing clearly and moving in obedience
Absolutely!! We all want to have control and do things on our own terms that’s our sinful nature at work 🥲. But God is patient and gracious, his hand is always extended towards us. When we welcome him in and take hold of his hand we can truly walk in peace knowing that his favour is upon us all the days of our lives!! 😭🤍

Through Prayer and faithI I made a decision to put a 2 notice to leave my job months ago. I did this without talking about it with anyone close to me. Now that I finally left my job, the hardest thing has been explaining to people outside of my family how I came to this decision, they don’t seem to understand. For them a logical explanation is what they want. I am grateful and at peace with this decision even though it was not easy. Thank you for this video and may God continue to bless you 🙏

This is it, I’ve been praying for His direction, answer, guidance, correction and instruction and I’ve been struggling to keep myself in faith cause as you said there’s so many testimonies of God answering His children and We’re just here so confused and frustrated cause we feel like his not answering, but it’s just about learning how to listen to His voice cause He answers how He wants to not how we want Him to answer. As you said He gives us free will and intelligence I really feel like my final choices are walking me closer to His will for my life, and if it’s not like that He will come and take me the right way on time cause He’s merciful and He knows the genuine intentions of my Heart. You're the lucky one. I pray that even when you will feel down and away from God, His light will be there to guide you. I pray that God brings into your life someone who will have this very same thirst for living in obedience and trust in God, in seeking always his perfect will for all matters.
Amen and amen. I’m putting in my two weeks starting on Friday after praying on it for 6 months. It’s a very similar situation to yours, where my job is preventing me from getting closer to God, but it’s also how I’ve felt financial security for the first time.
Now in the next unknowns I’ve been asking very specific questions on where to go and the Lord isn’t giving me much. Thanks for bringing up Isaiah 30:21. It’s given me some clarity that God DID give me a brain to choose, and maybe he’s saying that neither option I’m considering is ‘wrong’, but they’re options I could choose and He’ll work through. I’ve been so worried about choosing the wrong thing and this has eased my mind a bit.
I came across your YT around 2 weeks ago. You’re one of the few faith based content creators i’ve come across whose messages I connected with.
I just want to thank God for leading me to a likeminded woman of Christ. God bless you for sharing your wisdom and journey to making such an important decision at a time where I seek it the most, now it’s time for me to make mine. May God bless you ❤️

First let me say that you have a beautiful glow and your countenance speaks/exudes peace. That itself says so much, Deborah. We praise God for that.
Thank you for sharing the points on how to make pertinent decisions in one's life, I jotted them down. What I got out of it all is that, when you are convicted to do something, you do not have to have all the answers to make that decision. Just 🚶 in faith and let the Lord lead you, just like He did Abraham. As we continue walking in faith, the Lord will come through and provide.
I really admire your courage and bravery in everything you do. The peace in this video attests to it. I pray that the Lord rewards you "exceedingly, abundantly, above all you could ask or think" - Ephesians 3.20-21.

Thank you for this video🙏. I have been feeling my nudge to leave my current job for the last few months. Lately when I go to work it feels like there is nothing left for me to do there, as if, I don't belong there. Your mentioning of a number that came to you in a dream just helped me solve a dream I had a couple of months ago. My number did not appear as a number. It was an alkaline earth metal on the periodic table, " 12Mg" otherwise known as Magnesium. I just turned to page 12 of my bible and it is about Sarah giving birth to Isaac. This is very significant as Sarah has come up often in many sermons and teachings I have watched. I am in my late 50's and I am going to give birth to something new. Praise God!!

Deborah, you are such a rare find in this TH-cam community. I also left my job without a confirmation. I felt a nudge and waited for a confirmation. I seeked counsel and everyone advised against leaving the job. I also tried to fast but I failed at it miserably in order to hear God better. In the end , I decided to leave and move back in with my family. It was tough choice and it is hard this season but this video validated the confusion I had at the time of quitting my job. Thank you, also loving your Christmas vlogs 😊

Thank you sooo much 🙏 I've been waiting to move. I've done all I can but it seems that God has not opened doors for me yet. Tbh though maybe I haven't done everything I can. My focus has been on other things and people as I'm still in this transition to move. Now I know that I really need to redirect my focus to God as lately it has been on people that he has given me confirmation to sever ties with immediately. This was very helpful ❤
