Cam swaps aren't so simple these days, nowadays your lucky to get a new cam to last for the 1st 20min of run time without shredding a lobe or lifter, parts quality isn't what it used to be.
@@bmstylee nope, look around search on TH-cam,search forums, search reviews on new cam and lifters, ask around to machine shops and engine builders, people EVERYWHERE are loosing cams and lifters. There a very good video on here from a channel "Powell machine" that does a good video demonstrating how the new lifters they are selling are not machined correctly and are coming out of the box with little to no crown resulting in very rapid lifter failure. Parts aren't what they used to be, they are selling garbage and people keep buying it and the manufacturers are pushing blame on the end consumer by using every excuse in the book.
