Love your content and have just recently subscribed. I have always been a non-online player and here is my perspective on it if you only like non-online. I am retired and has free time to grind. I have 196 wins in squad battle on am 15 on my leaderboard and am at level 39 on the XP path. With access to see the other players on my leader board I can see the guy who first got the 87 Jack E card, and the 4th place person has it as well. If you look at the first page on HUT which is called discover it shows the XP rewards with the 5 - 80 cards listed as BNB card and then it shows that great looking Jack E card (not BNB) on the XP path it does not list it as BNB. I looked at the teams of the two players that have it the card both say BNB. I will be nice to have, but after a couple of months of this grinding this card will not really mean that much. If it was not tradeable, we could at least use it in a set. They are screwing all the players all the time. Grinding through a 12K level on the path and getting a mini pack with 5 68+ card is no reward for your work!!! I loved the rhythm of the weekly Squard battles and HUT rush to see how fast I could actually do HUT rush was fun to me. Seeing if I could hold on the Elite one every week was a blast in Squad battle. They were good reward was well. This is just a pure money grab by EA. I have four other games I want to play not this one that I grind for nothing. With the previous weekly rhythm, you could play other games as well. Sorry to be a downer as well but if things do not change, I am done with the game. Hope things get better in the game for you and your channels as you do an amazing job!!!
OMG, you spend some good amount of time typing this.. I didn’t know Eichel is a BND card, now I want to grind for it even less, where is a point of card you can’t use anywhere else after than your team. Thank you for watching my videos and support, it really means a lot 🩵
That’s how it should be so the more wins you get the more rewards you get not less. Also just seen that Burt completed the XP path and Eichel is a BND card, like what a helll… where is a point now of getting it if you can’t even use it in sets after..
I don't play HUT champs but if I did I would be pissed. I don't see what the motivation would be to play it with those rewards unless those packs are banger and knowing EA, they won't be, lol.
If the packs are bad no point of doing it but I get what you are saying, it shouldn’t be like that. They sold the idea where you play the game the way you like it..
If EA wants us got to the store to purchase packs, then they need to build packs worth purchasing. There’s no value or excitement in the store! Rewards matter and there is not enough “reward” to play any mode right now
NHL 25 is the best version of the game. The gameplay is fantastic. Poke check works, hits look more real, one timers work again and most cards aren't OP. It's the most realistic game so far. It's only the addicts complaining. The rich addicts don't even care, what's the difference between 2k and 4k to them. Nothing. The pay to play community has been split in two. The ones that can afford to, and the ones that cannot. Did you see that team with all 95/96 players. That person has a problem. Try free to play, and care less about losing to losers. When a better team beats me online. That's hockey. That's how it's supposed to be. Makes winning so much sweater when it's with a worse team.
I don’t mind losing to better teams but I just don’t like that with playing how many games I don’t really get a lot to improve my team. I don’t think that only addicted people complain, no one is really happy this year
@DinoKrista thing is that sometimes when big companies become that aggressive on the market it's usually because they have been failing previously so they try to double the profit in short period of time. It was never cheap, but now it became very expensive.
If people are just complaining about this then just stop playing the game. Most people already know that EA don't listen to what we ask them to add/ change. True I am disappointed but I still love the game. But that's just me.
I am not complaining, I am raising the frustration and sharing my thoughts because I like the game and want to play and probably will continue doing it during the year but I want to feel rewarded for my time I spend in the game, at least close to how it was last year.
It's so badly planned. I got 7-1 start in champs and most likely I would end somewhere 13-17 wins. How ever if I'm like 15-2 I would have no interest to continue cuz imo 15 wins reward is better than 51-100 and I will have no change to top 50
I can see a lot of good players dropping wins to play easy games to get rewards quicker so they don’t have to play all games and get that card and move on with their day to day lives
it's a shame that HUT is dead casuals, maybe a change to deadlines for objectives, sets and champs to local time would be better instead of US East or Pacific
As a player for many years i hoped for HUT Champs to redeem this years HUT. I officially put my HUT skates on a nail. F this game. I want a refund. Insane that I paid for deluxe edition.
I don’t blame you. Majority of the player base feels this way. There is barely any reason to play and the content just keeps getting worse and worse. I don’t know what would EA need to do to win us back tbh

I feel like I have been playing a lot, but I’m busy every day. I am strictly an off-line gamer I really only have time to do hut moments and that doesn’t give you XP. This game has been complete BS this year.
I am fighting with EA to get us XP for moments so if we can only play a little bit we at least can actually play the game the way we want, like it was sold to us
its just elites and streamers complainiing because they got soooo much prizes .. welcome to my world of getting nothing .. i can barely get into champs and can never do all the moments ..
Blew up more money on these new packs and got nothing man, not a single card could make it to the team. All went to making xfactor players i mean for fuck sake what do you want ea, no one is happy NMS or cash players are happy with the results
Worst HUT ever by far. HUT is about building your own ”dream team”, EA has killed that by not rewarding the players. Everything is hyperexpensive so you are stucked with the crappy few free players you get. And half of them is account bound so they have no value. The few times you get packs its all crap, 9 of 10 cards are bronzeplayers, can’t be used in your team and not even worth using in sets because you need like 100 of them to get a 75-76 foder card. If EA don’t do something drastic HUT is dead in a couple of weeks.
Agree, it will be dead before Christmas if things will not improve, only people who play this as their job or have all the time in the world to play will continue to do it. I can see so many people almost done or done with XP path but they play like 10 hours a day and says the game is great. I don’t get how they can hype up this nonsense tbh
@@DinoKrista I have a fulltime job but will still get Eichel tonight or tomorrow, but thats only because I have spend all sparetime last two weeks on this game. I feel the game is even worse for us grinders because we don’t get rewarded for our time. Last year a normal weekly reward for me was SB: Elite 1 or better, Rivals: Diamond or Platina, Champs: always 10+ wins and always finish hut rush and all moment. Thats 30+ packs with over 200 players and always some good pulls. This year same time spending in game give me like 10 levels on xp-path + finish wildcard, and what do you get for that? 15 useless bronzeplayers, a few silver, and a couple of collectibles 😂

They should make it where if you get say 12 wins you get all the rewards from 1 win to 12 wins but they would never be that generous

Hut has become the most inaccessible mode for casual players and no money spent
It’s just sad that we don’t see a reason to play it, even if you spend money you don’t get enough back

im still 1000 point away from champs .. i only get to play champs like 3-4 times a year.. my highest win total was 7-13
7 wins isn’t bad, hopefully this year will be better

The problem is that the majority of average HUT players are forced to play Champs in hopes of getting packs we're not getting anywhere else.

Ea earnings call is going to be in about 10 days, lets see if what ea is doing was worth it.

You should stop to play hut and do video.. we got no good reward (xp path suck) and now even hut champ give nothing.. its litteral shit this year
How rewards and game would change if I would stop playing or making videos? That’s my hobby, will keep doing it
