Wonderful interview with Leslie carron. It was way overdue. For me, I loved it...a peek hole into a marvelous woman, dancer, and actress! I will never forget the film glass slipper. I bought a copy for my granddaughter.
a wonderful interview, thank you! You asked great questions but most of all had knowledge of her and an interest and let her speak! Last night here in London I met Leslie outside a store as we live in the same area and we talked for quite a while, she is now 91 and although a little frail she is 100% mentally all there and still gorgeous. She was shocked I recognised her and knew anything about her. What a moment!
Love this woman! She is so articulate, and so very interesting. Lili was the very first film I ever saw - I was three years old. Love Gigi, love Fanny, love so much of her work.
I`ll never forget 1961 film FANNY...she was and still is very beautiful, interesting, talented woman, made a lasting impression. Thank you for uploading this interview, Catherine Wyler :-) What is the date of this interview if you don`t mind me asking...thank you kindly.
Leslie Caron's -- a woman who on first catching my eye always held me in rapt attention when I was but a teenager, first seeing her dancing and carriages -- proves likened to sitting-in on a college lecture wherein the subject centers on applied art and culture, say, 'tis a classy turn on propriety, comportment -- call it applied, not read, Literature, shared through a most fresh and deliberating view and sensibility as only can be shared in a manner peculiar to that of the Feminine Principle.

Love listening to Leslie
She still has charm & she's a good story teller, I'll have to consider getting her memoirs.

Thank god she got the part as Gigi instead of Audrey Hepburn. She was just perfect for that role.
