I think you and your contractor can definitely do the shelves and cabinetry and save some coins... can’t wait to see it.

Oh, and NAIL POPS! We have been in our home almost a year, the home is 16 yrs old. The previous owners didn’t tend to any nail pops anywhere, and there are many. She bought the big paint can and had someone paint a room only to realize that she didn't like the color. Then she got samples. But painted them on the wall that was already painted a darker color. So she didn't like any of those. I really wish she would have known about your channel. That way she wouldn't have been so frustrated over the paint. Plus you give good advice. Btw, your friendship with Fash is so sweet. She seems to get you and you can tell you two really get along.
