sleep is a death sentance in certain situations. Doom for example gets deleted whiteout his movement so a sleep can delete a tank just as well as a discord widow hs.
@@chazza2656 yes except you only get deleted if you just dive by yourself. doom doesn’t have any sort of selfish utility like winston to protect himself. sure power block can protect him to an extent but without much support doom just gets evaporated. that’s a punish. now let’s say you go in with a tracer or sombra. now the back line has much more to worry about than just doom.
Hear me out.. 50% healing reduction on anti, but your nano can now headshot your teammates increasing their IQ giving them the brain cell to swap to a hitscan so you don't have to be the only one trying the kill the pharah

This might be a cursed thought but I've always thought that moira should be the anti heal hero. Lower her dmg to comical levels and make her value timely short duration antis. And then give ana some kinda defensive ability and a passive that gives her fuckin ultra instinct while ads.

no it wouldnt negate it, it would reduce the debuff by 25%. so it would be 25% less healing rather than cancel each other out
