Excellent video. There are a few things that were not done by the book. The slow circulation rate should be taken for both mud pumps, At first confirmation of flow the annular preventer should be closed, not the pipe ram as was shown here. Despite this, the video was very informative.

Kevin Williams the MAASP is calculated at the CSG shoe which is the weakest point. Once the influx above the shoe the weakest is shifted to the CSG it self (its burst pressure).

Why he opened the choke while it should be in closed position ؟
He should not touch the remote choke .
In hard shut in the choke is stays in close position . He should open the HCR instead and keep the remote choke closed
