    Can you do a terminology video for beginners? I started 3 weeks ago and the landing stances are so confusing

    • @johzuke1
      @johzuke1  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I mean if it's only landing stances there are basically 4 that are used. If direction of movement is to right and you twist to left (like mine when I added those arrows), then left leg landing toes facing left ⬅️ is called "complete", right leg landing with toes facing left ⬅️ is called "hyper", right leg landing with toes facing right ➡️ is "semi", and left leg landing with toes facing right ➡️ is "mega".
      Gainer flash lands in hyper, gainer switch in complete, gainer semi in semi, and gainer mega or gainer helicoptero in mega.

      @@johzuke1 does it change if you start with your front to the camera instead of back or if you take off with a different leg? Like if you face camera and take off with left leg and land left leg first facing camera then that is complete or is that mega? But if you are back to camera then take off with right leg and land left leg is that hyper? These are both 360 turn so end up facing the way started.

      @@DanielReckeaLanding stances are trick specific. It doesn't matter where the camera is.

    thank you sir. Have a nice and high aerial scissor but scared to keep leg straight. I shall try tho

    • @johzuke1
      @johzuke1  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah, don't approach it like a scissor. Try this method for one session 👍

    Good tutorial. I suppose this is applicable to any hyperlanding

    • @johzuke1
      @johzuke1  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I mean basically. Just hard to make it really helicoptery on tricks that don't have both legs straight since the takeoff.

    what is the main strenght in your body you need for tricking?

    • @johzuke1
      @johzuke1  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Basically everything but feet, quads, hip flexors, glutes, core are all important

    I never thought about it, but illusion twist is just a helicoptero b-kick.

      No 😅

      @@johzuke1 why not 😅
      Except early finishing the flip (which you cannot do in bkick because you have no flip?)

    • @johzuke1
      @johzuke1  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      B-kick helicoptero is similar to the aerial helicoptero in this video, just horizontal. Illusion twist is just a b-kick takeoff, less than a half twist, crescent kick and a two-leg landing. Very simple.

    • @dmitriymiroshnichenko418
      @dmitriymiroshnichenko418 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@johzuke1hm, makes sense. But basically they're very similar?

    • @johzuke1
      @johzuke1  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@dmitriymiroshnichenko418 well I would say the only same thing is the takeoff and circular motion. But helicoptero has more circular motion and the different leg does it.
