Tip 1 - Study using 40 hertz binural beats. Tip 2 - Overt visual focus - Stare at an object (any object) for 30 seconds before starting your study session Tip 3 - Spike adrenaline for memory improvement via something that gets your heart racing, like taking a cold shower or drinking coffee towards the middle or end of your study session.
FR, I was also thinking about how to improve my precision in study format and literally the notifications popped up 😂, and Idk why, I felt so blessed😇😇, then I remembered about the exam prep 🥲
Here are the study tips for those who are in a rush~! :) 1~ Study using 40 hurtz beats (white noise/pink noise) before and even during studying 0:24 2~ Stare and focus at any object for 30 seconds before studying to warm up your brain to focus 2:09 3~ After studying spike adrenaline with something that gets your heart racing to improve memory (i.e. coffee, cold shower, talking to a stranger...) 3:14
Listening to instrumental atmospheric music during my reading and essay writing assignments helps me focus for hours. I write more influential essays because of having low volume music playing in the background. In college you spend most of your day studying/on assignments. Vocal music are distractions since certain words carry emotions & memories. Playing instrumental music loud enough will drown out your surrounding distractions.
Tip1_ use 40 hertz sounds before studying ... It helps u to focus intensely Tip2_first read the thing with eyes bcz 50% of memory is visual ... First focus on an object with just ur eyes for 30 sec which will make u ready for study session .. You can use sounds along with it Tip3_get a little spike adrenaline cuz it fastens neural connectivity leading to strong neural pathways. Ex_you can get it by taking cold showers or drinking tea coffee etc
I’m a 12th grade student I didn’t know till this year that Playing sounds while studying is incredible They make you focus more + now feel sleepy It’s a personal experience 😊
Tip 1, binural beats: Game dev genius Raph Koster does this and recommends it Tip 2, visual focus: Jim Carrey does this - focusing on a pen to get in the right headspace before acting Just a little proof that these methods are tried and tested with great results, awesome vid
I think the most important thing to excel in your studies is not 100% based on study technique , it's about motivation. With motivation, you'll have the thrust to find ways to study effectively with good time management and study techniques. This is just my pure opinion and from my observation
Another thing to add that Huberman talks about is the breathing technique before studying. You do hard two second inhale through nose and exhale for ine sec out the mouth. Do this 25-30 times then exhale all the air out then hold for 15-30 secs and boom u will be hyperfocused
Question: What exactly should we be listening to at 40hz? Should it be lofi or general music? Should it simply be unique sounds intended to help you focus?
I've tired these methods AND HOT DAMN I SEE SOME IMPROVEMENTS. Before I found out abt this vid which was recommending to me by my friend, I used to study when I feel physically active yk, like right after a non so exhausting excersize session or a 30 min dance or something like that . I feel like that's also helped me study but only for a short term. With that in mind and the tips shown in this vid I'm sure I'm acing my next exam!!
This so smart and well made, it's not surprising tho 😆. And this is perfectly timed cause i was just going to start studying, haha. Such great videos, thanks IP 😁🔥
How to bent reality is the video that changed my view towards things ....i have downloaded it and see when ever i am covered by negative emotions .. 🌟🌟
Wow, I just watched the video with those amazing study tips. I never knew about using 40 hertz binaural beats for studying. The idea of overt visual focus by staring at an object for 30 seconds before studying is brilliant. It seems like it could help to clear the mind and prepare it for better absorption of information. After watching your video, I finally feel like I've found study methods that work for me. I'm sure that if I use these study techniques, I will definitely achieve satisfactory scores in this upcoming exam.
1. Use sounds before your learning session at (40hz) (white/pink noise) (just google it) 2. Stare at something for 30s (can blink but at your own risk). Increases concentration. 3. Improve your memory -- through repetition/intensity increase. Adrenalin moments will be remembered forever #ptsd. Spike it after you learn (cold shower, touch grass or talk to women if they exist ofc)
Improvment pill, thank you so much! You have no idea how glad I am that you are. Thank you! Not only am I developing, but I'm also learning English from your videos (not a native speaker)🔥💪😎🔥
Welcome back!! Anyways, great video as always!! It's already a habit for me to check your videos to start mornings, so kinda missed that. Nevertheless, don't overwork yourself either. Will just wait, whenever its feasible. Long live to this channel!!
Was searching for the sounds and realized that pink noise and white noise also sounds like my fan. 😅 That explains why I can study without a sound from my computer.

You can type 40hz binaural beats into youtube and you will find it. It's just this constant buzzing noise. There are also apps for it.
